New direct deposit option:
In response to requests from a number of our patrons, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer the option of grain payments by direct deposit. Instead of receiving a check which you need to deliver to your bank to deposit, with direct deposit the funds will automatically post to your account on the next business day. We will not charge a fee for this service.
Our grain settlement sheets will not change except that instead of printing a check number, they will print the last few digits of your account number and your bank name (which may be abbreviated).
If you use our AnyTime Access service you will be able to view an online copy of your settlement sheet the evening the settlement is completed. We will still print and send you an original paper copy of your settlement sheet as well.
If you are interested, please complete and return the Authorization Agreement available here and include a copy of one of your checks. Please also complete the second page to authorize patronage payments via ACH. You can also stop at one of our offices to pick up the form.
If you have any questions regarding this service feel free to call Duane or any of the office staff.
AnyTime Access:
If you are a Tremont Coop Grain Co. customer, you may have access to your account record for Contracts, Obligations, Scale Tickets, Producer Grower Statements and Settlement Sheets. If you are interested, please call Duane during office hours or email us using the Contact Us link above. You will need to provide your name and what you would like to use for User ID and Password. Both the User ID and Password must have 6 to 12 characters (letters &/or numbers). During harvest season we hope to have the data updated by 7:30 p.m. each business day. Once we have you set up, you may access your account by clicking on the link below and logging in.

The Producer/Grower Statement is also available as part of your Anytime access online. If you're not familiar with this statement, it is the same statement that we try to mail to our grain customers a couple times per year (or can provide on request) which lists all your unfilled contracts and outstanding storage or Price Later obligations. We hope you enjoy having access to it on-line.
